We went for the weekend with friends. I found the cost per night in the off season outrageous! We had the room with a king sized bed. No dresser no counter space for anything whatsoever!! The establishment is definitely in need of some upgrades.

It was okay for the price but not great. We enjoyed the larger fridge/freezer. First thing we noticed is the stale smoke smell in the room. Bed was soft with the telltale sign that it is old as I slept in a valley. The discarded industrial dishwasher laying by the street for an apparently long time is an example of where the property owners could try

A pretty basic stay for one night while passing through Radium Hot Springs. It got down to 0°C overnight and unfortunately the electric room baseboard heating, even when turned up all the way didn't heat up the room. At 6:00 AM we turned on the 2 burner hotplate that was in the kitchenette to warm up the hotel room. We did however get to park directly in front of our ground floor room, which was convenient. The shower (only) was newly referbished and the hot water was welcomed. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean, but the motel is dated. Two days after checkout I am still waiting to see the $100.00 additional charge refunded to my credit card. When questioned about the extra charge at the front desk at check-in, the attendant said it was policy and added for incidentals, and it would be refunded upon check out. Yet to see it?
