The hotel was located close to the metro. We were able to easily take the metro from the Ronald Reagan Airport to the hotel. This was my first time in DC and I found it relatively simple to get around. The hotel staff were friendly, polite and professional. Checking in and out was seamless and quick. The entire hotel was very clean and updated. It felt fresh and modern. There is a restaurant next door that is reasonably priced and offers a variety of delicious food. It was so convenient, we ended up dining there at least once per day. The hotel does have breakfast available for a price. While it’s not complimentary, it is reasonable, hot and offers a good selection. One way to summarize my review would be we had zero issues or complaints during our stay. It was very pleasant and welcoming and the price was half of the other hotels we looked into staying at. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in DC. I had mold in my room . It was on the ceiling . I told the front desk . My daughter and I arrived not sick and we left sick. We didn’t get or room cleaned for the days we were there . Only great party of the stay was front desk, check in was easy and Gary was so nice .

always stay in courthouse area when coming to DC . It is very safe, walkable, clean, and convenient to restaurants ect. The hotel was quiet and clean. Bed was comfortable. I did use the gym. The TV;s on the treadmills do not work. cleaning staff were friendly and helpful.

Great hotel and incredibly friendly staff. Nested in a good spot and was great access to DC while introducing me to Arlington. Good food in walking distance from the location for any meal.
