Lovely recently renovated, cosy 2 bedroom home, located up a long private driveway with ample parking for up to 4 cars. 4 minutes walk from a lovely inner harbour beach which is great for family swimming, kayaking and paddleboarding. 10 minutes walk to Raglan township and 5 minutes drive to Ngaranui Beach. Bright and sunny, both bedrooms with queen beds and all linens, and a further fold out queen sofa bed in lounge. Sleeps 6 comfortably. Fire place for the colder evenings, full kitchen with 5 burner gas stove and electric oven, plus all amenities and equipment for cooking great meals during your stay. Seperate toilet, fully tiled bathroom with large shower. Breakfast bar with 3 stools and a 4 seated dining table. Laundry.
Fabulous indoor outdoor flow to sunny private back garden/entertainment area incorporating a bar leaner with 3 stools, bbq and plenty of outdoor seating. Petanque court and boules provided as well as battle blocks for the gaming afternoons. Large outdoor wood fire place also for alfresco dining in the home organic garden as the sun sets over Mt Karioi.
A 2 person kayak available for use.

Perfect tranquillity and relaxation
We loved our stay at Nikau Nook and would happily return for more relaxation to enjoy the setting and the garden. Perfect easy getaway place that is well-equipped, clean and inviting.

Great bach with everything you need!

Raglan Getaway
Love this place. Really great place to stay and enjoy a bit of R&R. Easy walk to town and the wharf. Great outdoor area. Everything was made so easy. Will definitely be keen to stay there again.

Wonderful house and location
We loved our stay here. The garden is amazing and the outdoor dining area is just the thing for the long summer evenings. The location is also great; close to the water and a short drive to town. Checkin process was easy and straightforward. Would absolutely stay here again (and will try to next time we’re in town!)

Awesome Stay
We loved our visit to Mark's house. It was exactly as described, though I don't think that the photos actually did justice to the garden - it's even better than it looks in the pictures. It was well set up for our family of five (2 adults & 3 children). We really appreciated that it offered us the comforts of home, and being able to make use of the vegetable garden. It is in a good location - there are a number of tracks nearby that make for a quick walk to the wharf and and into Raglan. Thanks for having us to stay!
