We want you to feel right at home. Cook nourishing meals in your fully-equipped separate kitchen, take it easy with a fry-up on the BBQ, or simply pour a glass of bubbly and soak in the quartz stone bath, perfectly positioned in a private, covered corner of the deck. All the beautiful wooden details throughout the space, repurposed century-old rimu (a native tree), give the cabin a charming, rustic feel. When it’s time for sleep, close the blackout curtains, curl up into your orthopaedic, super king bed and wrap yourself in Egyptian cotton bedding. The flat-screen TV conveniently rotates to wherever you’re sitting. The en-suite bathroom with rain shower has fluffy towels, bathrobes, and amenities for your comfort. Both the cabin and the separate full kitchen have a fridge for your convenience. The view from your private deck won’t disappoint; on a clear day at dusk, Mount Karioi is framed by pink, orange and red, and a clear night shows spectacular stargazing. Add in the birdsong and cascading views of the flower farm, and you’ll have a pinch-yourself moment as you look out at your snapshot of colour. There are books, magazines and (board-) games for entertainment. Enjoy the charm of the countryside and the magic of flowers. Total privacy, comfort and relaxation in a natural setting. Your destination is tucked away in the Raglan hills. We recommend you stock up on essentials before your arrival. Please be mindful that your Raglan getaway is five minutes down a gravel road. While it’s suitable for most cars, be prepared for your car to get a little dusty. You are encouraged to explore the flower & water gardens and to bring suitable footwear. The creative community of Raglan is just a 20-minute car journey away. There’s excellent fish and chips, great coffee, and plenty of lovely restaurants. The shopping is plentiful for such a small town, too. Independent galleries are dotted about, and the walkable centre sells everything from designer clothing to pottery and surf essentials. A short drive brings you to the beautiful 55 meter high Waireinga/Bridal Veil Waterfalls and wild West Coast Ruapuke Beach.
