The beautiful house from the early 20th century is located on the Ibleian plateau. Your holiday home extends over two floors and also offers you a private outdoor area with swimming pool. Inside, you will find a living area with a kitchenette and large sliding doors leading to the outdoor area and the pool. From this room, an internal staircase leads to the upper floor, which includes another living area with a kitchenette. Enjoy the spacious ambience and get the day off to a peaceful start in the morning.



The house is surrounded by a large paved outdoor area. A gate separates the pool area, which is surrounded by a lawn with olive trees - a real piece of paradise. Take a refreshing dip in the pool every day and use the barbecue and tables and chairs for sumptuous al fresco meals.



The location of your home is ideal for exploring the sights in the provinces of Ragusa, Syracuse and Catania. Be sure to visit Modica, Scicli and Ragusa Ibla as well as Noto, Marzamemi, Syracuse and Capo Passero. Excursions to Caltagirone, Catania, Mount Etna and the surrounding villages are also worthwhile. If you fancy a day at the beach, the beautiful seaside resort of Marina di Ragusa with its fine sandy beaches and crystal-clear water is just a short drive away.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10.00 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Outdoor private pool on site is open medio June - end August.
