It is an eco-sustainable house: with a photovoltaic system, in fact, we independently produce the entire electricity requirement.
Access is also possible for people with motor disabilities.
In addition, it is possible to accommodate a child up to three years of age, who will be provided with a comfortable camping cot, provided this is indicated at the time of booking.

The apartment is equipped with bed linen and towels.
Pets are allowed at a cost of €5.00 each per day.

The Outsiders :
It has a large terrace, from which you have a splendid view of the sea and the entire Nature Reserve.
It can be enjoyed at any time of day or night, being equipped with a gazebo, tables, chairs, barbecue, umbrellas, deck chairs and a comfortable hammock.
During the day you can have breakfast and sunbathe lying in the hammock or on the deck chairs, protected by large umbrellas.
In the evening you can have dinner cooking on the grill in the barbecue or having the food delivered to your home.
At guests' disposal there is a private and free parking for one car.

Marina di Ragusa, with its beaches, services and nightlife, is about 1.2 km away and can also be reached by bicycle;
The Irminio Oriented Biological Nature Reserve;
The beaches of Donnalucata, Punta Braccetto and Punta Secca;
Ragusa Ibla, for its late 18th century Baroque style, scene of the episodes of Inspector Montalbano, with the Cathedral and its urban fabric, the scene of continuous events and cultural manifestations of all kinds;
The Donnafugata Castle, with its eighteenth-century architecture, its gardens and rooms full of precious furnishings steeped in history.
