We enjoyed our stay at 21C with the exception of a few things. The facilities themselves had a few issues including no working AC in our room, limited elevator access, and some issues with the outlets in the room. However that being said, the staff was WONDERFUL. Each issue we had they handled professionally and with the utmost apologies. They upgraded our room after we brought the issues to their attention and made sure we were as comfortable as possible the remainder of our stay. The art galleries and spa were fantastic and we had no issues with those facilities. The steam room and sauna were a HUGE plus for us! We loved the area around the hotel as well. Super easy to walk around and shop/eat/enjoy the area.

We loved our stay and will always come back if we come back to this area. The Hotel is great, it is very different from other Hotels and looks very modern and the over all vibe is very inclusive. The Hotel is close to many places and there are some very nice Restaurants and Bars within walking distance. Our check in was delayed by 15 minutes, but we received coupons for free cocktails at the Bar because we had to wait. We will recommend this Hotel to others!

Great art display utterly baffling layout of property, no bathroom on the restaurant floor. We weren't even that close to the elevator but we heard it all night. Room lights and phone difficult to operate, floor buttons in elevators barely legible. Tatia in the restaurant and Stan in valet were exceptional and wonderful.

Staff were lovely and accommodating. The facilities were average as there was one elevator not working, hallway was dirty, the sink drain in the room was broken and when they came to fix it, there was an old bottle cap in the drain that they removed and then just left on the bathroom floor and the shower head sprayed all over the bathroom.

Overall it was pretty good. The elevator situation was kind of annoying. Several times we had to wait for another elevator because the cleaning staff was taking up the entire elevator. Parking to check in was confusing. There were no spaces to park and we didn’t see any signs saying where to go for valet parking.

I found the hotel rooms dark with poor lighting, and few outlets. The elevators were horrible! The valet staff were friendly and helpful but thats about it! I wont stay there again.
