The location is the best aspect of this hotel. Lukewarm water in shower. No vents in bathroom leading to a bit of fungal growth. The price point should be a bit lower for the condition of the property.

The property is showing signs of age and general wear and tear, and could use updating. Some of the furniture in the room I stayed in (411) need repair, such as the door on the cabinet that holds the fridge and just general scufs and scrapes on the remaining furniture. The lamp shade also needs to be cleaned or replaced and the ceiling in the bathroom is cracked and needs repair. Aside from that, the room was okay. Had a decent stay, but probably wouldn't choose to stay there again given all the other options in the area.

Weekend Getaway
This was a little girls trip to see a band we loved in Raleigh. The hotel was clean and offered such helpful things like toothbrush and toothpaste, which we accidentally forgot. The room was clean, the only thing I would complain about was the firmer mattresses on the bed, other than that the stay was nice!

This was a great stay on a budget. Location was perfect and in the middle of a lot of great things to do and places to eat. Only about 8 min to North Hills for more fun. I enjoyed my stay. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The breakfast was good as well with a few good options. The staff was friendly and polite. I’ll definitely stay again!

DISGUSTING
The rooms smell, disgusting, like mold on a whole different level. There were cockroaches in our room. The carpet is disgusting. Our socks were black within minutes of walking around the room. Front desk doesn’t allow people to stay that live in the area, even for overnight dates. It’s ridiculous. I would never ever stay at this hotel again.

Free coffee, tea, and chocolate all day long. Hotel is being rewired, causing main hall to rooms to be extremely dark when we arrived. But management didn't think to put lamps or some type of lighting at each end of hall to provide light.

We had to change rooms because the first room. The bed was broke. The property is dated. The rooms are dated. The furniture was broke. The chair was broke. I will never stay at a comfort Inn again. The experience was terrible if I could’ve left, I would have but I already paid. While we were there and they had a huge water leak at the front desk coming through the fixtures on the desk, the dining room when I went to eat dirty food all over the floor.
