I WISH THE WORLD COULD BE SO KIND
I really don't know where to start, I arrived in the state late I called ahead to advise the desk that I would be checking in around 10 pm. the person on the other end of the call was so polite and informed me that everything would be just fine and to please drive safely. I was like wow! no demanding that I try my best to get there or my reservation will be cancelled. check this out I got to the hotel and was greeted like he knew me forever and that made me feel great because the drive was long had a very hard and frustrated month my wife and I were super tired and all I wanted at that point was to just go to sleep,. So I checked us in the lobby was so clean I asked had it been renovated and did I tell you smelled great! lets skip ahead the room was clean smelled amazing I was so comfortable I slept through breakfast. so as well were checking out the morning staff greeted us with smiles and great heart felt Good mornings yes the staff and that means everyone that was employed at that location. it was like I walked into a Disney movie where everyone is so kind. I will be back please save me a room Thank you for this awesome experience. Please understand there is much move to say, however this space is limited!

My experience
Overall, my stay was enjoyable, thanks to the great service. However, the room phone wasn't working, which meant I had to keep going downstairs to the front desk. Despite setting the AC to 60 degrees and keeping it on constant, I still felt hot. Additionally, I wish they offered a wider variety of sausages; my friend doesn’t eat pork, so that was disappointing. On a positive note, both the front desk staff and housekeeping were very friendly. Despite a few small hiccups, I would stay again as the overall experience was good.
