Our room and sheets were very clean. We were comfortable and it was mostly quiet. Just a little bit of road noise from trucks off 85 as to be expected but conveniently located for travel. Great little Melo Tapas restuarnt across the street. The side entry door rugs and the elevators were very worn but overall nice little overnight spot.

Disappointed- This well-worn property was convenient to the hospital and reasonably priced for the area. It was well-provisioned. The breakfast was surprisingly good. However, it was terribly NOISY! From the speakers blaring from the Meeting Room to guests gathering in the hallways from 11pm through 3am. I will not return.

Great location near Duke. Very Quiet. Bathroom was recently redone. This will be my go to for staying in Durham. The price was affordable. Breakfast was a huge disappointment. I was hoping for at least a banana, no banana. No need to describe the food. I will find breakfast somewhere else. Great place other than breakfast.
