This property was good value for money. We attended an event at DPAP and decided to save money v. pay downtown hotel prices. We were glad we did--a short drive to the venue for a much lower price nice free breakfast, free parking, and the use of their adequate but not fancy outdoor pool. Nice staff, clean public areas and clean room. Would stay there again!

The room smelled moldy. We requested a plunger to unstopthe toilet and was told to come to the desk to get it. Requested AAA discount told my rate was cheap enough.

We were visiting the Duke University. This location is very close and has everything one needs for 1-2 night stay. Although, the rooms are clean there is some smell (like urine) everywhere. It is mild in the corridors but more prominent in the room.
