The facility is decent in many ways, but the corporate policies & lack of staffing make it a terribly inconvenient and annoying place to stay. Everything about it is done with a "half-assed" attempt, & it *could* be a nice place, if they'd provide breakfast staffing & decent supplies of necessities like pillows & towels.
It is also nothing like what it advertises. Our room was supposed to have a king-sized bed, & a double-sized sofa bed, with two sinks in the bathroom & a spacious counter there. They were supposed to provided free breakfast. All of those were important choices for us, because we had three adults (parents & adult child) staying for a week.
Breakfast? Sometimes there was coffee, IF it was still there, & IF the front desk staff refilled the pump pots. Food? Hope you like instant oatmeal packets (no bowls, etc available, though), &/or prepackaged muffins — again, IF they were available.
When we arrived, there was trash in both trash cans. I told the front desk. Their solution? They handed me new trash bags, so that I could do what their cleaning staff had not.
We needed extra towels for the shower, & they (after two trips to the desk) "allowed" us to have 1 extra towel, instead of just providing the 2 we asked for.
The sofa bed mattress was at least two feet narrower than the bed frame, & we asked repeatedly for pillows for the sofa bed, & none were available — for the whole week we were there.
We won't be staying with this chain again. EVER.
