Ants were all over our room and got in our clothes and suitcases it was disgusting and the two women at the front desk refused to help or accommodate us in any way and were dismissive and mocking us. Absolutely unacceptable and terrible experience. I will never return to this awful place.

The stay was good but the TV service it lousy!! (Direct TV!!) Just regular TV (42 Channels) No primer channels!! Need to get better stations!! and commercial feel channels!!

Room was not what we reserved
We reserved a king room, received a confirmation from the hotel prior to our stay; however, when we checked in the associate said there were only queen rooms available and that they were overbooked. Disappointed that our reserved preference was ignored. On the plus side, the hotel is very clean and well designed.
