Horrendous customer service
At 7:00 in the morning, we were awakened by the sound of power tools being used on the floor above us. When I addressed this with the front desk staff, she insisted no one was using powered tools around our room, I insisted she call her maintenance crew and ask them to stop. She tried to call, but couldn’t get them to answer the phone. She drugged me off. I went back to our room, where my entire family was now awake and had to search for the source of the noise.here they were renovating the ice machine room directly above us. I asked them to stop. They didn’t speak English. Back to the front desk I went. Again, the staff was completely unconcerned. Eventually they did stop drilling, but by that point we had it and were leaving the hotel. No apologies from the front desk staff.

I was aware they’re in the process of refurbishing rooms but was told it would not run past 5 pm. Last night they finished up at 6:20. Also, the vent in the bathroom was full of dust. Nasty for a refurbished room. 🙄

The stay was good. The pool is small but fun for kids and the hot tub was nice and clean. Room was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was good.

Hotel is a pet friendly hotel and our room smelled of cat urine. Also they are remodeling the whole 3 floor. They put us on the second floor and they were heard banging and tapping. We ignored the banging and taping as we were well aware of the remodeling. Hotels.com warned us of the remodel. However, we did not need to set a wake up call as at 7:58AM they started working on the rooms above ours. My husband said that they heads up from Hotels.com stated that work was not to start until 10AM. Concerning that we just came down for a show, we would not seek out this location in the future.
