The room had no power when we arrived and they were not nice about fixing it and they had two king rooms left and wouldn’t move us. We had to wait for maintenance man to drive 30 plus minutes to come to hotel to try and fix it and we had to fly out at 3 and it was 11 at night before we got any resolution and the front desk girl was not helpful

Great property near RDU
Had yet another great stay at a Holidy inn property. The hotel was very nice, clean, convenient with ample free parking. I did not get to enjoy the free breakfast, however the fruit bowl and danishes/ muffins left next to thé healthy fruit infused water cooler in the lobby was an excellent touch. Thé 2 front desk clerks I interacted with, Dominique at check in and Sarah at check out were wonderful. Dominique even looked up my IHG member numbert for me. Thé hallways were very clean, well maintained and attractive as was my room. The room had 2 queen beds, nice desk and desk.chair. Also had another nice lounge chair with ottoman. Nice tv with working remote that was in a clean plastic bag to promote germ free.I never had to touch the raw remote. The A/C worked well. There was a safe in the wardrobe, a mini.fridge AND MICROWAVE. This is important to me as many places now dont provide microwaves. I will oftentimes avoid properties that dont offer them thus making it impossible to reheat leftover food. I did not notice airplane noise much . When i did, it was not disruptive. The bathroom was very nice, decent size, large counter, tub/ shower combo, Great water pressure and HOT WATER ! I am a critic of those properties with poor pressure and lukewarm water. No problem here. I would recommend and stay here again.

After a very long delayed flight, my son and I got to the hotel around midnight. I did let the hotel know we were delayed before our flight took off. The person at the front desk was fine, gave us our room and we went there. When we opened the door it was a king room not a 2 queen room as what I reserved for. When I called him he said that when you book through a 3rd party, i.e. Expedia, the room type is not guarenteed. This was highly disappointing as they did not have any 2 queen rooms left. I was too tired to argue and we were fine, but not happy about it, many people book through a 3rd party. Bed was ok, a little soft.

I did not know that I had to book a spot on the shuttle bus to the airport. The clerk at the front made three phone calls to Sister hotels and an additional shuttle took me to the airport. That was a huge relief and I am thankful for that service.

Last minute need for stay=great get away!
What a easy, fun get away for our grandkids and us. Last minute due to air conditioning issues/repair at their home. Staff was so friendly. Room was perfect for us. Grandkids loved the pool, the shower, the pull-out sofa bed and the breakfast!!
