One of the two lobby elevators still doesn't work..seems that it's been out of order for almost two full years, if not longer. There's just an overall bad odor on most of the floors.

Great location, but this hotel is in dire need of some upgrades. Everything is stained and/or broken. I’ve stayed in nicer Motel 6 rooms.

Gym was manageable. Breakfast isn’t great, so don’t think it will fill you up. Bathroom quality was a bit aged but room itself was very spacious and heating/cooling worked well

Bathroom was clean but small. Big disappointment to have to pay separate for parking when already paid for the hotel room. $15 for 24 hr parking in the hotel parking deck. Otherwise a great stay.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in
Without question, the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my entire life. Whole place was filthy and smelled like urine. Everything was broken or worn out. There was toothpaste spit on the sink faucet. There were stains on almost every surface from the walls to the carpets to the shower curtain. Old stains. Every other guest I spoke to said the same things. It became like a joke. Also, there was no security or protected entry like every other hotel downtown offers. Service was friendly and helpful, but the place itself is just a pit, so it must be a management issue. I’m honestly blown away that a service provider can be that awful and remain in business. Never ever stay there. Sleep in your car if you have to.

Unacceptable service and unknown charges
This hotel is most definitely an economical option that may or may not be acceptably clean upon arrival. Service staff are unfriendly and do not want to be there. Upon checking out, I was charged $136.38 on top of the original one night charge. Hotel will not answer my attempts to figure out what this charge is from. There are other hotels in the area within the same price range that I would absolutely choose next time (and also this time had colleagues not been staying at this hotel) that were rated much higher for good reason.

The building has 18 floors and only one working elevator. The bathrooms are very tiny...Ive never seen such a small facility in another Holiday Inn or any hotel. The coffee machine was sitting on a painted silver, metal, stand that was badly stained with coffee from others. Continental breakfast was lacking in coffee and other items at 9:15 on Sat. morning. No problem on Fri morning tho. And the dining room was closed so folks had to find a seat wherever they could to eat their meal. We had to pay to park in the bldg garage. For the money paid for the 2 night stay, I think it was too much...
