The room was very nice and clean. We got a room by the elevator and you could hear lots of commotion. The lady who checked us in was confused about the whole process and wanted a cc that matched the one on file. I didn’t have that one because apparently it was a card from a third party(Travelocity). This hotel is a quick ride to the airport and I would stay again just get a room further from the elevator.

This hotel is really good, I just recommend to have coffee available after the breakfast. There are a lot of hotels cheaper that this one that offers coffee 24 hours. This hotel has an Starbuck signal at the lobby but there is nobody there to sell the coffee. Other that that everything was excellent, the breakfast is really good.

We checked and were greeted by an amazing employee who put the rest of our stay in a very positive light. She greeted us warmly answered questions and gave helpful insights. I wish I had caught her name— we arrive around 4 and she was the only employee at the desk.

Some guests brought a console game and set it up on front they played until 200 am and the door they used to go back to room for more beer (I assume) was by my room so they slammed the door until 200. Hotel should have made them stop at 1000pm. To respect other guests.

Check in was a not as expected.
I totally loved the place and room. Your front office staff was probably the rudest and honestly not very inviting. I felt a little bit of some type of racial thing going on. It really didn't set well with me. I was as kind as kind to be and your front staff made it clear that she did NOT like serving me. That makes me sad in a world where we should be united.
