The problem I have is with the first room. The A/C was not working and the tv stopped working as well. But, the wonderful staff was so helpful. They switched our room and it was so better. Newer room with new paint and cleaner. The was wonderful. My problem is with the old building.

Three rooms given to us First rm - walked and walked right out filled with cigarette smoke. Toilet not not work. Second room - tv did not work. Third room kill roaches every nite!! Who ever inspect the rooms should be fired. Staff knows about roaches! Had a roach clawing on my arm. I have pictures! So terrible. Elevator need to replaced. No cleans true elevator floors. As soon as Find out who I can report this hotel to the state board oh health.

Horrific
It says 100% smoke free. However, wreaked of cigarettes and weed. So much so we had to keep the windows open in our room. I would definitely not stay here again. It is extremely dirty and rundown.

I honestly can’t believe how dirty and run down this place was. Picked it based off proximity to the hospital and the reviews on this app and was truly disappointed. So disgusting.

My stay was just okay. The property was getting pressure washed which is fine. The inside had boxes and sometimes trash throughout the hallways. Our ice box was dirty , our ice machine on our floor didn’t work , none of the card readers to secure the doors worked so people could just walk in if they want. The elevators were missing buttons. And we asked for things we did not receive per texting the number we were given for request. When told about it they said it was AI and not them. Which isn’t their fault but you would think guest would be made aware to probably ask the front desk directly to get results. It seemed like i was talking to a real person so i didn’t know.

I was unable to sleep due to noise. People talking in the halls loudly. Then woke at 4 am with staff talking loudly. Worst night of sleep. The shower did not have a shower liner, just a fabric shower curtain that I could not keep closed.

Walking in your are greeted with a strong smell of the Devil's Lettuce. It's older, a bit dirty, possible sex workers walking around the property (I didn't ask) at night. However, I didn't feel unsafe. My room was decent and the bed soft and comfortable. I slept well. I'd stay again for a single night. I suppose worth it for the price if you are not hanging around or trying to work from the hotel.
