Parking
The complex has complimentary parking available in the adjacent parking garage. Parking spots are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. One parking pass per reservation will be provided, and is REQUIRED to park in the garage. If you don’t use the pass, your vehicle may be subject to towing by the apartment building. Coveted Hospitality is not liable for any towing costs, charges, etc. you may incur as a result of negligence.

Pet
We're delighted to accommodate your furry friends in our Airbnb. We understand the importance of pets as part of the family, and to ensure their comfort, we have a pet-friendly policy in place. For your convenience, here are the details:
➡A nominal pet fee of $49/pet will be applied.
➡For stays between 7 to 21 nights, the fee will be $100 per pet.
➡For extended stays beyond 21 nights, a monthly fee of $175 per pet will be applicable.

Please note that the pet fees mentioned are designed to be flexible based on the duration of your booking. So, depending on the length of your stay, you'll only need to pay the corresponding difference.
