The hotel had just been renovated & changes were nice but old furniture and curtains remained in the room. My room was advertised to having a sofa bed as a plus but no linens provided and when asked for some we were told they don't provide that for the sofa bed. Was given an old looking top sheet and thin yellow duvet cover.

The sheets were dirty. The nightstand had crud on it. The air conditioning would not come on. The room smelled very bad. I did not stay and requested a refund.

The staff at the front desk exhibited a lack of professionalism. I approached the counter to inquire about the availability of a phone. Despite greeting me multiple times, it took several attempts for the individual to acknowledge my presence and assist me. The towels provided in the room were noticeably soiled and stained. Furthermore, the bathroom in which I was located was not in a state of cleanliness. The overall customer service experience was characterized by a lack of attention to detail and the absence of cleanliness.

I have never had such a bad hotel experience in my entire life. I could hear every word the room nextdoor was saying let alone all the other horrid details and the blasting music that you could hear very loudly from the hallways, even with earplugs I could hear everything they were doing and saying. I sincerely regretted booking and staying at the hotel and couldn't sleep for hours and got woke up with loud chatting and other noises we don't want to hear.
