The staff was great! The only problem was the bathroom shower, the water would not go down the drain while using the shower but other than that everything else was fine!

I travelled with friends. I booked the same day and a guy from the hotel called me saying he was upgrading me (awesome) than we get there after 5p and the front desk gentleman(very nice guy!) says that room isn’t available at that time, so we got the suite. The room and halls smelled like weed and cigarette smoke nonstop. I wasn’t able to fall asleep until after 2a because it was loud in other rooms and in our hall. I had a pull out couch and there was no sheets for it so I tried calling down with the room phone but it didn’t work. The pictures look better than the actual place. The pool had a cover on when it was 80 degrees out. The price was good and location. Overall, I would not choose to stay here with my friends again. I’d rather have spent the money to stay where I’m comfortable and can actually get some rest before traveling all day.

Smell of weed on interior & exterior of facility including room. Requested to move to another room but the toilet was dirty around the creases and the floor was dirty. Requested a refund but they said they couldn’t because it was booked thru Travelocity.

Front desk employees were friendly. I wouldn’t stay here again. Room was clean but had a strong cigarette odor even though I booked for a non smoking room. Hotel guest were sketchy and were posted up outside like it was the trap spot late at night.

Don’t stay at this location.
No one answers the phone in the morning. The head of operations manager talks about guns and shooting people. The couch had stains. Terrible stay.

It smells like smoke everywhere, you can't escape it. I sprayed My room down at arrival and it still had this old, dirty, smoke smell. Almost reminds me of the indoor Vegas smell.
