Perfect for Single Occupant Short Stay!
Great location with easy walk to Hillsborough St. or quick 5 min ride via Lyft to Beer Garden, Five Star, etc. Love that you can park right outside the door of your loft! Note: there is a Ring Doorbell installed. Space was great for a one night stay in February. Loft temp was easily managed… one thing to note is there is an exhaust fan which could be considered loud if you’re not the type to like “white noise”… I do; however, think it drowns out any “city” or neighbor noise. Overall, a great overnight stay and would definitely hook again!!
