Everything was quite good, the ferry that only works until 1 pm on Saturdays could still be better, the breakfast could be improved by offering different options, and telling the housewives to refill soap and shampoo when cleaning.

The staff not helpful. They told us the breakfast is from 7 to 10, but everything finished by 9 am. When we asked for refill, they said we are waiting for someone from outside of the hotel to refill it. That person came after 40 min and when they brought the scrambled eggs, it was super cold. Very disappointing

After staying in many hotels around this area, this one is my favorite. The room is spacious and clean and the hotel is located just up the street from my office. The price is also right given I'm paying out of pocket for work travel. I will continue to stay here. Thank you for making it a secure and safe environment!

We checked in at 7pm, power went out 15 min after checking in. Don’t come back on until almost midnight. We had to eat dinner in the dark after driving 3 hours. Coffee looked like oil and had a very bad smell.

Only stayed 2 nights for a quick memorial from NY and enjoyed our stay! front desk was helpful and attentive. I would definitely stay here again. Only thing that went wrong was the elevator was out of service and the one working was slow.

The staff was terrific; made us feel welcome, particularly Andrew. The breakfast was ok: sausage, TASTY. Eggs; they probably never knew a mother. Other options were standard, say make-your-own waffles and sugary cereals are not for me, but my wife likes them. (though the waffle iron timer stopped working) 8-ounce whole milk was good for cereal, cups of yogurt are nice to have. I bring my own coffee (espresso) from home in a thermos for short stays like this, as I've never seen ANY hotel offer espresso for breakfast, so that's not an issue. They have a small gym, which I was able to use one morning, it was adequate but welcome. Overall, we were happy and will be back next time we travel back to the Raleigh-Durham area. Oh yeah, an important point -- we were happy with the room rates.
