Overall this hotel was good! I didn’t find the staff overly friendly but they were ok. The hotel was clean and very convenient to the casino. The beds were clean and comfortable. The blackout blinds had holes in the lining that let the light in but were up early anyway so no worries. Our door didn’t close properly when we tried the deadbolt but after several attempts we got it! Frame around the mirror in the bathroom could use a coat of paint for a fresh up!

Wonderful staff, clean and bright rooms, good coffee in rooms . Beds were super comfortable, with 4 pillows, had a great sleep. Pool was perfect on a hot day , could use a few more chairs, and towels. Breahfast was plentiful with lots of choices. A great experience! Thanks Windham,

"Room" for improvement
The hotel itself is a little run down and outdated. It could definitely use some renos. The room was ok...again needs some tlc. It had an odor. My guess is the odor was coming from the carpet. It is in a good location. Very close to Casino Rama.
