It is easy and convenient to access. However the entrance is not obvious Just need to turn right immediately exit towards McDonald from roundabout

Staff helpful and welcoming after long 10hr day of driving delays. Food was good. Room temp too warm. No A/C but an air cooling system in place. Found having window open helped more. Would recommend ease of access and location close to Canterbury to other weary travelers.

this is the 4th time we have stayed here,and it was as clean and comfortable as ever.the only problem was that on the Saturday morning there was no hot water for a shave/shower,disappointing for a hotel at £165 a night

We have stayed here a few times ...because we like it ...good selection for breakfast ...staff are welcoming & polite. We usually have a ground floor room which we think is a nice room...a bit disappointing this time ...the bed was huge & a bit too firm ...& i had no side table as the bed took up the room....other than that we still enjoyed our stay .
