We arrived early but management were great and kept us informed about when our room would be ready. Room clean and shower and toiletries were great. Convenient stay for the venue we were going to.

The entrance wasn’t clear. A better ENTRANCE sign visible from the road would be helpful. The hotel was perfect for us as were the staff, including the lovely cleaner who explained how to open the door with the card key, which we were having a problem using.

It is easy and convenient to access. However the entrance is not obvious Just need to turn right immediately exit towards McDonald from roundabout

Staff helpful and welcoming after long 10hr day of driving delays. Food was good. Room temp too warm. No A/C but an air cooling system in place. Found having window open helped more. Would recommend ease of access and location close to Canterbury to other weary travelers.

this is the 4th time we have stayed here,and it was as clean and comfortable as ever.the only problem was that on the Saturday morning there was no hot water for a shave/shower,disappointing for a hotel at £165 a night
