Spacious Georgian Townhouse by the Beach & Harbour

Spectacular, Grade II Listed Georgian Townhouse on Prestigious Spencer Square. Just a few minutes walk to the Royal Harbour and the Sandy Beaches.
With three large bedrooms a cute courtyard (plus access to large communal gardens) and an abundance of entertaining space the house is perfect for families and groups alike.
Spencer Square is home to some beautiful planting, three tennis courts and a lovely Cafe.

The house had three large king-size bedrooms, one which is ensuite. The main bathroom has a freestanding bath with huge walk-in shower. There is also a separate WC, (so 2 showers, 1 bath and 3 loo's in total) and no shortage of entertaining spaces.
On the upper ground floor there is a lounge and a further seating area, which doubles up as a sofa bed. On the lower ground floor you will find the timber panelled kitchen, dining room and snug, with access to a small rear courtyard.

The house has several dedicated workspaces and a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, juicer and a washer/dryer - perfect for longer stays.

All beds have a super comfy Mattress, Egyptian cotton bedding, luxury fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries.

All guests receive access to our exclusive digital guest guide, which includes recommendations for local restaurants & activities.

On street parking is free on Spencer Square and the surrounding area. There is a small supermarket just around the corner, an amazing bakery plus many more independent shops. Waitrose 10 minutes walk away

Well behaved dogs are very welcome, but please no more than two. Please keep dogs off the furniture and out the bedrooms and do not leave in the house unattended.

Great property
Great property in a great area of town. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Host was very responsive.
