I requested a refund and was refunded. This place is unsafe, in deplorable condition and should NOT be rented for any amount of money. Extremely dirty, not maintained and a total disaster. Sketchy people hanging out all over. Even the elevator was dirty. There were broken glass, dirt and trash on the floor.

the staff was nice enough , however the propety its self is in a bad state of repair. our cable tv was electrical taped and kept falling out , one light was held up at the joint with electrical tape , drawers would not stay shut , no kind of anything to go with kitchen, beds really lumpy , elevator was all broken up on inside and dirty , we had to ask for table chairs , we got them but one was broken , no house keeping , other small stuff

When I arrived in my room I noticed the bathroom was extremely dirty. Upon showing staff member pictures, she switched me to a second room. The second room I was given had not been cleaned from the last customers stay, the trash was full, bed sheets off bed, kitchen area dirty and the bathroom was a mess. Requested refund and showed staff member video of room. Staff member understanding.

They Cancel Reservations
We made reservations weeks before arrival. We traveled 3 hours with kids, to find out they canceled our reservation because they overbooked. The reception area smelled like weed and cigarettes. They put me in a terrible position.

Do not book this hotel through Expedia. We had a confirmed confirmation for 2 nights. We arrived prior to the front office posted closing time to find a note on the door stating that they did not have any rooms available. When I knocked on the door, the front office staff was rude and let me know that I would not have a room for the night. No notification prior to arriving. We were attending a 2 day event. Saturday, we found out other people attending the same event had also booked this hotel. They called to check on their reservation and were told the same thing! No room for them! Do not stay at this hotel!!

So upon arrival the place looked decent. I gave it three stars out of five on service because they were able to check us in early. Once we entered the room which we noticed was a little dark and gloomy had a very foul stench of ass and feet. There were no available trash cans on the premises and people were smoking everywhere! The exhaust fan in the restroom was extremely loud and droning. But somehow made it through the night because it was cheap!

The parking was pretty full in the front. If you had to park in back, you'd be very worried about your car and if you weren't in the first floor, it would be quite a walk to get to your room. Also, the rooms on the back side that aren't on the first floor have to be access through either a stairwell or elevator and have to go through a very dirty STINKY corridor, that has very dirty door handles that you must touch to go though. (VERY GROSS) The room smelled like body odor bad. I really was let down when I saw the room because the photos of the hotel online were not an accurate depiction of what it was actually like. There is mold in the window sills. The curtains are dirty and barely functional. I honestly couldn't stay there despite booking it for a week and not being able to be refunded. There were so many people hanging out in the parking lot late at night who likely weren't even staying there because they had a bunch of bags of stuff sitting next to them.

Stayed for two nights with my kids for a church event. I should have read the reviews but the pictures seemed promising- the room had not been cleaned and found remnants of whoever had stayed there last. There was no soap to wash out hands and the room smelled. The neighbors were smoking weed right by our door, we only stayed there to sleep and would stay out the whole day because the TV did not work and because of all the drinking/ smoking happening near our room. There was a lot of homeless people around, a lot of drinking and smoking weed in the parking lot so I don’t recommend it if you’re planning a romantic trip or a family trip. The previous reviews say the same complaints so I think this is the standard? Nothing changes if nothing changes- but the staff at check in was nice so that went well.

Unfortunately booked same day so could not cancel / non refundable. Rooms were smelly, dirty, hair on toilet seats, all doors leading in had loose handles, TVs down across entire property, overall seemed unsafe despite the cheap price. Went down the street to another motel for the night.
