Payment & Cancellation Policy:
A. Payment: An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required at the time of reservation. The advance payment will be applied toward the rent. Alternative payment options can be arranged by request. The BALANCE OF RENT is due sixty (60) days before your arrival date.
B. Cancellations of Reservations: A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur a $300.00 administration fee and will have all other payments refunded. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit.

Perfect unit for a single or couple
Unit was clean and neat. It was nicely furnished and the kitchen was stocked with spices for those who wish to cook. Coffee and tea were provided, so there was no need to rush to the grocery store upon arrival. Towels nice and fluffy. Unfortunately the detached garage had mold, so it was unusable and my car had to sit in the sun, rather than being shaded by the garage. Thus the 4-star rating.

Everything from the electronics to the glasses to the linens were high quality. This also includes the management company, who provided an orientation, wine, and a dozen roses. Overall it was a great experience.
