Enjoy the convenience of ski in/out with direct access to Wheeler slope below the Sandy Quad. A short 2/3 minute walk to the base lodge also makes it easy to rent skis, meet friends, grab lunch or apres ski without starting the car. This 3,000 sq. ft. condo offers three levels of living space which makes it perfect for a big family, multiple families or those seeking a little extra privacy. In addition to the open concept kitchen/ living room/ dining room on the main floor, there is a second living room/ game room on the lower level with couches, 50" smart tv and 7 ft. slate pool table. The lower level is a nice getaway and also contains two bedrooms (queen), (twin / twin over full bunk bed) and a full bath. The main floor dining table seats a "tight 10" or "elbow room 8" and the open concept kitchen has all the necessities to feed the whole gang. The main floor has a mud room to remove ski gear, bedroom (queen) and full bath. The upper floor boasts the primary bedroom (queen), full bath and loft area with a trundle bed. The trundle bed pulls out into two twin mattresses which are covered but not fully made. If necessary, bedding for the trundle is available in the upper level hall closet.
To depart on skis it's simply, boot up in the mud room, step outside, click in and glide for the lodge. Returning is easy for intermediates and experts, but may be challenging for beginners. For beginners it's best to walk the last 50 ft. from the trail.

Awesome ski in/out slopeside condo with all the amenities and space you need with a nice mud room, kitchen, rooms, and pool table from when you get home from the slopes

Fantastic property and location
Fantastic slopeside location. We skied in and out each day. The house is perfect — so much space, well- equipped kitchen and cozy rooms. We had a multigenerational family staying here and it was perfect! We highly recommend.

Great layout, perfect location
Two families with young kids came to ski Saddleback for the weekend. The host Tom is lovely, available and responsive. Fantastic layout for a group, adults played cribbage on the main floor, while kids watched a movie downstairs. The place was sparkling clean, and the kitchen set up with all conveniences we needed - and we cook! The downhill traverse to the ski trail was easy for all but the newest skier among us, even then it was a very short walk. Our one non-skiing friend found several excellent options for snowshoeing. We are so happy with our weekend at this property, and we can’t wait to go back. Saddleback has so much heart, it’s quickly become our favorite mountain in Maine.
