The whole reason we picked this location was for the pool/water slide and was informed at check-in that thr pool was closed on our departure day. We have three children and would not have booked this location had we known that. I would prob not book this location again based o. This negative experience and lack of transparency.

It’s within minutes away from everything you will need! Very clean, convenient only complaint maybe more breakfast variety is so way limited ! As well fridge was making a noise at night but other than that it was excellent for us! Highly recommend it !

Room was clean only issue no trash bags in trash can but by far cleanest hotel i’ve ever stayed in room smelled like smoke when got there just kicked up the ac seamed to take smell away

Customer service was not up to par. When calling down to find out why the showers continues to stay cold. I was told the hot water heaters are down and what would you like for us to do about it. Tara was very rude and unprofessional.

Price point and pool were good, everything after was mediocre. Hard a large suite (large family), it had a strange layout. Nothing really seperated and very open. If you didn't point the TV remote for the 1 TV at a bit of an angle, it would control both TV in the room. Housekeeping was a little on scarce side. Even after requesting our room be made up after the 3rd night (hotel policy), it was not. Breakfast was OK, waffles, cereal, bread&muffins and a hot selection. Hotel location convenient right off Interstate. Would not stay at AmericInn again.

A warm welcome + attentive ear ensures my return.
The check-in was very good. Aloya, the receptionist who checked me in, was friendly, efficient, professional and super helpful. If she or staff like her, were always at the check-in/check-out, you'd be guaranteed a 100% returning guest rate. Unfortunately, the other staff I met at the reception, were less than efficient or caring.

Walls are thin. You will hear your neighbors. One night, we heard a dog barking and yelping every couple of minutes. Another night, a family checked in and we could hear them talking, showering, watching TV until 11pm. Also sounds of doors slamming throughout the night. Bad place if you like to sleep early or during the day. Also, window was leaking water during a rainstorm. Staff is nice enough, and always available.

Good Location
We stayed 2 nights. Location was good for visiting Rushmore, Custer State Park, Crazy Horse. Good mexican food at Puerta Vallarta not far from hotel. Hotel was clean. Room didnt have a blow dryer but upon request received 1. Hotel is busy. Lots of kids. Good breakfast buffet.
