I called at 7pm for extra pillows, extra shampoo, and extra towels. Front desk said security will bring it by at 9:30. No one showed up and called front desk and no answer.

Needs improvement!
Rooms were absolutely filthy, the hotel tried multiple rooms, but each one was absolutely gross. They tried moving us to several different rooms however none were where I was comfortable staying, especially with my 12-year-old granddaughter. We slept in our rental car the first night and the next day the manager agreed to reimburse us for the entire 1 week stay which was the best part of our stay.

I did not stay on those date. I called Ramkota asking to change date as the dates were a mix up. Ramkota stated it was Expedia who has to change date the dates. Was trying to reserve the correct dates through Hotels.com. Hotels.com didn't have any available rooms for Ramkota. So I lost out on my money as I had paid ahead of time. Ramkota stated they could not refund money as it was up to Expedia. Hotels.com stated Ramkota wouldn't refund the money. Should I not get a refund bye bye Hotels.com and Expedia

The front of house staff were very pleasant. Someone had deficated in the shower in the pool area. We told the cleaning staff who were nearby at the time but they seemed uninterested. The hotel is the biggest in Rapid City, which all the staff seemed very proud of.

Hi! Normally I love staying here but unfortunately our room wasn’t very clean at check in-there was still stuff in the sink and the fridge was dirty. Then unfortunately the pool was freezing cold all weekend and we weren’t able to do much swimming because our son was too cold. It made me sad because it was his birthday weekend and he loves the water but he didn’t want to get it in very much at all. Hopefully the next time we can afford to go it’ll be better because this trip was disappointing:/

The place is kind of a dump. It’s dated, our bathroom wasn’t that clean, hair in and around the bathtub, and a torn bathmat, and bedspreads, and our room just didn’t smell good. Few amenities, no breakfast, and no elevator. No operator on the phone picked up in the morning. This wasn’t a good place to stay, and we’re thankful we only had to stay one night.
