At the entrance to the house, there is a partially covered terrace (approx. 25 m2) with barbecue fireplace. The first floor comes with two double bedrooms, and a bathroom with shower. Air conditioning on the first floor in the corridor and in one of the bedrooms.

Traumurlaub

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub in Crni 16. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist so toll und der Ausblick atemberaubend. Wir kommen gerne wieder, das nächste Mal aber länger.

Uhrig schönes Haus mit tollem Ausblick

Das Haus, in Liebe und mit vielen Details, ausgestattet. Mit einer tollen Aussicht aufs Meer und einem eigenen Pool. Ein super Ort zum Entspannen. Wer aber auf Strandpromenade hofft selbst in der Nähe, sucht das vergebens! Der Vermieter ist super Nett und hilfsbereit!

Traumurlaub für Menschen, die das Besondere zu schätzen wissen!

Ein sehr individuelles, altes Haus mit besonderer Ausstattung und einem traumhaften Blick hat aus unserem Urlaub einen Traumurlaub gemacht. Dazu gehörte der liebevolle Vermieter, der gleichzeitig Künstler ist und dessen Objekte uns nachhaltig beeindruckt haben. Ebenso hat er sich täglich nicht nur um die Sauberkeit des Pools gekümmert, sondern das Gesamtgelände im Blick gehabt. Ausflugstipps in die nähere Umgebung haben wir gerne von ihm angenommen. Nicht alles im Haus erfüllt einen hohen Standard, aber für Menschen, die einen Blick haben für das Besondere, können wir es nur empfehlen!

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Das Haus ist innen und außen mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Auch nach ein paar Tagen kann man neue Gestaltungen (immer mit Bezug zur Schifffahrt und zum Meer) entdecken. Das WLAN funktioniert ist aber manchmal nicht das Schnellste. Die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet. Die Terrasse ist sehr groß und bietet sowohl viel Platz in der Sonne als auch im Schatten. Ein großer Grill ist vorhanden und der kleine Pool wird regelmäßig gesäubert. Zum Strand nach Sveta Marina sind es mit dem Auto ca. 7 Minuten. Zu Fuß ist es auch aufgrund der Höhenunterschiede insbesondere mit Kindern zu weit. Für den Kieselstrand werden Strandschuhe benötigt. In der nächst größeren Stadt Labin gibt es diverse große Supermärkte. In Sveta Marina gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt. Ich kann das Vaus ins seinen immer sehr hilfsbereiten Gastgeber voll und ganz weiter empfehlen!
