For shared use: lawn 300 m2. Bathing jetty fish-processing table. Private: natural state property 1'700 m2, natural garden 1'000 m2. Available: boat (extra). 1.6 km long motor access (via unmade road). Width of access road: 300 cm. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house at 10 m. Shop 7 km, supermarket 7 km, shopping centre 45 km, railway station "Rättvik" 7 km, ferry "Helsingborg" 68 km, sandy beach 2 km, swimming bay 2 km, bathing lake "Gärdsjön" 40 m.
