Excellent apartment
The apartment had a great location. Next to the town and beautiful beach. Giovanni was a superb host and very friendly and kind. He even took us to the train station. I highly recommend this apartment.

L’appartement est très pratique et agréable. Le propriétaire est extrêmement gentil et disponible. Des petites attentions nous ont fait fort plaisir. Au coin de la rue se trouve une excellente “pasticceria”, un mini market et une pizzeria/gastronomia. A 5 min à pied, la mer avec ses “bagni”. Merci pour la semaine Giovanni! A la prossima.

Ruhige strandnahe Ferienwohnung
Für zwei Personen ist die Wohnung optimal, denn es gibt nur ein Schlafzimmer (mit Platz für ein zusätzliches Klappbett). Ein Bettsofa befindet sich im kombinierten Küchen- und Wohnbereich. Die Küche ist einfach aber ausreichend ausgestattet. Es gibt einen großen Kühlschrank und Gefrierfach, Gasherd mit Elektrobackofen, aber keine Mikrowelle. Die Fahrräder der Wohnung eignen sich für kurze Touren zu den nahegelegenen Stränden oder Restaurants. Für große Ausflüge zu der Mole und nach Lido di Dante haben wir uns Räder mit Gangschaltung ausgeliehen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich super. Zu Fuß ist man in 5 Minuten am Strand. Um die Ecke ist ein kleiner Einkaufsmarkt und in der nahen Umgebung sind viele kleine Geschäfte und Restaurants. Besonders gefallen hat uns, dass Punta Marina keine reine Touristengegend mit Bettenburgen ist, sondern hier viele Einheimische leben (um die Ecke gibt es sogar eine Grundschule und eine Kirche). Ein Auto muss am Straßenrand geparkt werden, je nach Tageszeit muss man dann auch mal in anderen Seitenstraßen nach einem Parkplatz suchen. Zumindest Anfang Juni war das kein Problem. Giovanni war ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, der uns zu Beginn alles erklärt hat, und sich zwischendurch erkundigt hat, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir hätten ihn auch immer anrufen können, was aber nicht notwendig war.

La casa è attrezzatissima,non manca niente,ci sono persino gli zampironi.lo spazio esterno è molto godibile.La posizione è strategica,a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia(attrezzata olibera),dalle giostre, dalla passeggiata e a due minuti dal supermercato e dalla pasticceria .L'accoglienza del signor Giovanni eccezionale,con la sua affabilità e i suoi preziosi consigli per ristoranti,insomma con sigliatissimo!!

Abbiamo soggiornato nella casa di Giovanni per dieci giorni, per la struttura dico solo che abbiamo trovato tutte le comodità necessarie, sembrava quasi di stare a casa propria, qualche parola in più ci piace spenderla per Giovanni, poiché sin da prima che iniziasse il nostro soggiorno avevamo già intuito che fosse una persona disponibile ma durante i dieci giorni la sua disponibilità a 360 gradi ha superato ogni nostra aspettativa, inoltre avendolo incontrato di persona, la sua simpatia ci ha piacevolmente colpito, posso tranquillamente affermare di avere un amico in più, se dovessi tornare a Ravenna non avrei dubbi su dove soggiornare

Très bon séjour
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Giovanni et son épouse. L'accueil et la communication furent excellents. Le logement est conforme à la description et suffisamment proche de Ravenne pour pouvoir s'y rendre facilement. La météo ne s'y prêtant pas, nous n'avons pas profité de la plage mais celle-ci est vraiment proche.

Alles was man braucht ist Vorhanden. Eine kleine Wohnung mit Terrasse inmitten einer kleinen Stadt nur wenige Meter von Meer entfernt. Geschäfte sind zu Fuss zu erreichen und die Busverbindungen bringen dich zu viele Ausflugsziele. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Gegend bietet für jedes Alter etwas.

Grazie a Giovanni per belle vacanze a Punta Marina. Casa molto pulita, vicino al mare. Giovanni era cosi gentile! Torniamo! What a lovely holiday, beautiful appartement and Our host Giovanni is the best! Tolle Ferien, wunderbare Wohnung, es fehlte an nichts. Urlaub in Punta Marina
Der Vermieter (Giovanni Zanetti) war sehr freundlich und hat uns sogar am Bahnhof in Ravenna abgeholt. Der Strand ist sehr nah und der Fußweg zum Bus nach Ravenna auch. Einem Urlaub ohne Auto steht also nichts im Wege!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. l'accueil est très bien. Notre hotte parle un peu le français. La location est bien équipé et très bien situé à environ 300 m de la plage. Nous remercions Giovani pour son accueil chaleureux et sa réactivité.

Casa con tutto l'occorrente, mare e pineta vicinissime come descritto nell'annuncio, vicino a a un mini market, farmacia, tabacchi, una fantastica pasticceria tutto lì vicino! Vorrei partire con la gentilezza e disponibilità del sig. Giovanni , casa adatta per famiglia da 4 persone , camera da letto bagno salone/cucina pulite e giuste come metrature , piccolo giardino pavimentato per mangiare fuori , aria condizionata lavatrice e tutto il necessario per cucinare , distanza mare e spiaggia libera 150/200 metri , a disposizione 1 bicicletta , ci torneremo sicuramente

Non possiamo che esprimere la massima soddisfazione riguardo l'accoglienza, l'appartamento, il soggiorno in generale. Ma la cosa migliore è stata sicuramente aver conosciuto il sig. Giovanni, che, da buon romagnolo, ha fatto veramente di tutto perché il nostro soggiorno fosse bello e piacevole. Un host così bravo non lo avevamo davvero mai incontrato.
