Customer Service was welcoming, helpful & efficient. Room was clean and spacious for 1 night stay. Breakfast was fine- its a free breakfast so wasn't expecting much but everything available was tasty & coffee was fresh. Location was very convenient off the highway and we felt safe.

Good stay
Front desk person very welcoming. Hotel very clean. Our room was great. The most comfortable beds! Only drawback was breakfast ends at 9a.m. I know business people leave early but we are retired and on vacation. Would prefer it to end at 10 like most other hotels we stay at.

Liked the shower. Liked the bed. Was disappointed in the breakfast. The last time I stayed at a Fairfield they had an excellent freshly prepared breakfast. Which is why I booked at Fairfield this time.

Property needed maintenance. I am use to much better from fairfield inns. Pool was closed for maintenance, ceiling panels in hallway need replaced, outside doors near our room had broken closers that need replaced, also the electronic key kept malfunctioning locking us out so we had to walk around to the front of the building.
