1865 Vermont Farmhouse with Luxury Updates

Genuine 1865 Vermont VT Farmhouse with hand-hewn wood beams in rural setting. 3 floors and 3,000 sq ft. Totally updated. With 800 feet of brook + brook-fed, swimming pond and waterfall on 2 acres of private land. Beautiful flower gardens in the summer. You are in the Green Mountains but less 2 minutes from a gas station, groceries, restaurants and ski shop and bike shop.

Total land is 5.5 acres. Park 2 x SUVs in the driveway and 3 x SUVs across the road in from of our barn (not included in the rental). Flat land and 800 feet to hard surface roads.

High quality Xfinity (Comcast) cable feed for TVs, Internet and landline. Excellent cell phone service. This is our second home, with well-equipped kitchen and amenities. Pets allowed.

Beautiful Property great for Big families
Beautiful home and property. Very close to the mountain and a great host. Everything was as described and a lot of informative information was provided to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Thank you it sure made for a wonderful break for our family.
