Excellent value hotel, a gem.
So happy to have found this hotel. It's a lovely hotel, spotlessly clean, good sized rooms. Had a great night's sleep & a lovely breakfast. Looking forward to coming back again when visiting family.

Stayed for proximity to Reading Festival, which was an easy walk. The staff were very welcoming and the room was quiet and comfortable.

Lovely building and very spacious and clean room with comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast though that wasn't included in the overnight rate I selected. Convenient location - 15 walk to Reading West train station or half hour walk to centre of Reading.perfext for what we wanted. Taxi back from Reading central train station was under ten pounds but also plenty of buses available.

Lovely hotel, perfect for our short stay. Room facilities as expected and cleanliness excellent. Attractive period building and very nice decor throughout. Very helpful and friendly staff. Would definitely return the next time we need to stay in Reading.

I very much enjoyed my one night stay. I was made to feel very much at home. Also, the owner greatly extended himself to benefit me. I arrived after many hours of cycling and he eagerly assured me in storing my bicycle. He also provided me very helpful information on cycling in the region. I very enthusiastically recommend the Beech House Hotel!
