Main issue for us was they advertised a restaurant on site open for breakfast/ dinner (the Bistro) which is NOT there. The only restaurant is a Starbucks counter with limited breakfast menu. Also construction was going on which was heard from our room during day. Otherwise was ok and was clean.

Went for an overnight stay to visit koziars Christmas village. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Hotel was in a good location close to almost everything about 20-30min drive to koziars. In door Pool was not available during our stay! Would definitely recommend or stay again

BEAUTIFUL hotel! The housekeeping girl was so nice, should have asked her name! The indoor pool and spa were gorgeous! Really enjoyed it! And I especially enjoyed the extended hours it was open, made it available to enjoy even longer! We were in town for a Reading Royals hockey game at the Santander Arena, which was just a short drive away. Highly recommend!
