Comfortable king room for an overnight stay. Breakfast had good variety. Staff all were friendly and attentive. Only complaints are the pillows could be larger & firmer for a king sized bed and the barn door on the bathroom needs attention. It’s very noisy (squeaky).

I have been a loyal Hilton customer for years, but unfortunately, my recent stay at this property was disappointing. First, upon arrival, we were informed at the front desk that there was no hot water. What surprised me most was the lack of communication beforehand—no email, no call to notify us of the issue. To make matters worse, the staff couldn’t provide a clear timeline for when the hot water would be restored. Thankfully, it was back on around 10 PM, but the inconvenience left a negative first impression. Second, the room, which featured a king bed and a sofa bed, was missing a pillow and pillowcase for the sofa bed. When I went to the front desk to request these items, I was told they were unavailable because no laundry had been done that day. This lack of basic amenities was surprising and unacceptable for a Hilton property. Additionally, there was no conditioner or tissues provided in the room, which are standard items in most hotels. Lastly, the overall attitude of the staff was disappointing. They were unwelcoming and lacked the warmth and professionalism I’ve come to expect from this hotel chain. Not a single greeting or acknowledgment during our interactions—definitely not the level of hospitality Hilton is known for.

There was nothing to dislike about our visit. We have no complaints. All was good. Clean, friendly, nice breakfast and surrounding area. Staff was also very nice.

It was me and my three young daughters we were stuff on the first floor and right outside our room was where they serviced breakfast. My grand mother asked for a room by us and the gentleman at the front desk was kind of acted like he was offended by it! She did not get a room by us she was an a completely different floor! Very impersonal at the front desk!

Check In was great. They didn't have Decaf coffee Urn out. I asked and they said that they probably were out. I was there 3 days and the Decaf urn never showed up. The place where you're supposed to eat does not look appealing and it doesn't even look like the plan on serving many people. I finally saw the pool and I can't believe they call that a pool. You lift your second arm up for a swimming stroke and you'd probably hit your head before your arm comes down. I don't understand how you advertise that you have a pool and the pictures taken make the pool look bigger than it actually is. The size of this pool is like a large hot tub. As far as the room is concerned, I love that they have extra towels in the bathroom, I always thought that they should have that so you don't have to bother anyone to get extra. The shower was great, the sink was a great size. The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall. You're telling me that when the cleaners clean the rooms they don't let the desk know that things need to be fixed? It didn't work well so we had to take the roll off the rack and just leave it on the sink. I feel they need to take more care in their appearance. Get a nice eating place that looks like you serve good food. I wouldn't sit in there to eat an apple. How do you run out of Decaf coffee? It's an option that you offer and people want to drink decaf especially at night when you want to have a cup of coffee but you don't want the caffeine. How are you out of it?

Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable, We were on the 4th floor that appeared to be a little older but it smelled and looked clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. we have stayed here a few times and it has always been a very nice convenient place to stay. We met family for breakfast so didn't eat at the hotel but it has been good in the past. Will keep coming back.
