This hotel is beautiful. The stay is comfortable. The staff are courteous and professional. I want to acknowledge Amanda and Stephon in particular. They were very helpful and very friendly. We enjoyed our stay. Check-in was quick, the room had everything we needed & the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly & helpful; even the breakfast workers. Breakfast was sparse, but the items available (packaged sandwiches & quiche) were of a good quality).

The temperature in the room went from too cool to too warm while trying many different settings. The fire alarm went off at 6 am waking us up and the desk clerk had no idea why it happened. This is our second visit to Fairfield that the fire alarm went off in the night.
