O apartamento estava com o chão sujo e com cheiro ruim. Não tem pano de prato nem papel toalha para a organização da cozinha, também não tem escova de vaso sanitário no banheiro.

Tive um pequeno problema no início com a vista do quarto não bater com a imagem alugada, porém tudo foi resolvido de forma rápida e segura. A comunicação é super prática, o atendimento é excelente e as acomodações são incríveis. O bairro é ótimo para deslocamento na cidade e a academia, piscina e área de trabalho são excelentes, sem contar o atendimento de toda equipe presente que é impecável. Internet é incrível e você consegue usar academia e piscina até 00h00, o que achei um super diferencial.

O condomínio é incrível e muito tecnológico. Talvez eu tenha dado azar no apto escolhido 605 a internet não funcionou usei a do vizinho e a TV é uma lentidão pra ligar que até estressa. Mas a localização e a comodidade do local vale super a pena.

Ideal para quem quer economizar uma grana mas ainda assim desfrutar de um certo conforto. Durante a chuva entrou um pouco de agua por baixo da janela, mas nada que atrapalhasse nossa viagem. Piscina, academia e demais áreas de lazer são muito boas. Tudo muito bem organizado.

O apartamento é funcional, mas fiquei no garden, o apartamento tinha um cheiro forte que não consegui identificar, mss não me passou uma sensação de limpeza infelizmente. A localização não é boa para andar a pé, principalmente a noite. Toda a comunicação via whatsapp foi ótima e resolutiva, estaosrre estava de parabéns. Custo benefício ruim, tendo em vista que outros hotéis melhores localizados e com melhor infraestrutura tem o mesmo preço.
