The place was not very clean and the toilet seat was reinstalled with undersized screws and then packed with silicone what a joke to get a drink at the bar when no one is there took 20 minutes pluse the room had an Oder would not stay there again

Worth it for the experience and breach front!
When I arrived with my kids they helped me to check in. After I saw the bedroom, which was not with a smart tv and the ac wasn't working, they send someone to see it. Downstairs, I spoke to Eduardo, and he was very diligent to find us another accommodation that would provide the comfort and needs we had. The costumer service provided by him was above and beyond! I had previously spoke to stuff members and they weren’t concerned about costumer satisfaction and the costumers needs, when Eduardo accommodated to make the customers happy. I love the restaurant, the food is delicious, the breakfast is amazing, stuff friendly and respectful. Ac amazing, the bed was comfortable and clean sheets. They also provided more pillows and towels as I needed. I have nothing negative to say! View is breathtaking.

Staff is so nice everywhere in the hotel , the ladies on front desk is so helpful my flight was in the evening the hotel allowed me stay till 2 with no extra charge. Gerlania in the restaurant was super friendly.

Excellent option on the beachfront
Was very pleased to be given a room with a wonderful view of the sea. It's a big hotel and could feel a bit anonymous but the service overall was excellent. The breakfast is good quality and the women who clean the rooms were friendly and efficient. My room was comfortable and spacious. The location in the centre of Boa Viagem is convenient and there are bus links to Centro and Olinda, though the nearest Metro station, which I used to get to the Arena Pernambuco, is quite a walk away!

Uma experiência ruim.
Hotel muito ruim. O quarto tinha cheiro de mofo, lençóis com manchas, o vaso sanitário não funciona adequadamente, cortina rasgada, black out com falhas. No fim do dia, ao abrir a torneira, a água saiu com a cor bem escura, cheia de fuligem. Disseram que a água da caixa baixou o nível. Para tomar banho foi preciso esperar a situação da água normalizar e mesmo assim a água continuou suja. O local para tomar café da manhã não tem nem espaço, e nem mesa suficiente e por isso há fila de espera. Há fila de espera, também, até para pegar uma xícara de café, pois só tem uma máquina.

Atendimento precário
A localização do hotel é otima, mas o atendimento deixou muito a desejar. Chegamos com criança e com muitas malas e nenhum funcionário se dispos a ajudar. Estrutura do hotel é antiga e mal cuidada. O hotel não possui estacionamento nem área de desembarque, o que dificulta bastante quem viaja com crianças. Não é um hotel bacana para quem deseja passar férias com família.
