Great location, private beach access, very friendly staff, excellent breakfast spread. I really wish there was an on-site convenience/gift store which sold beach accessories, especially given that the nearest mall is a good few miles away

I definitely recommend!!
This hotel was so accommodating! From check in to the beach club, everyone was helpful and friendly. I felt the hotel was well priced, super clean, and close to the beach. The only downside was the fact that this area is on a shark super highway so no swimming basically. Nature at work!! But the club was great, nonetheless.Great caipirinhas!!

Hotel is very good and location close to the water front is great. Enjoyed their Beach Club as I had a free Saturday before my return flight. Room had an adjoining door and this allowed noise from the adjacent room to wake me on 2 of the 3 nights. If you're a light sleeper keep this in mind. There was also a conference taking place, and the Paiva buffet breakfast & dining area was overrun by that group. The group was quite large and they more-or-less took over the whole area. Would have been useful for the hotel to separate the conference group and allow other guests some space.

The property is in a beautiful location outside of the city of Recife. The hotel was very empty when I was there, which I didn't mind. The staff was very friendly and accommodating even though it was a little hard to communicate.

Confused 4 star hotel
As a relatively new hotel the level of cleanliness was good overall but some of the sheets in the room were dirty. The service was fairly good but only the front desk staff speak any English. You will struggle to get a towel at the pool or order at the bar without some Portuguese. The location at Paiva is somewhat remote, a car is necessary, with not much in the way of amenities nearby. I was disappointed by the pool. The hotel doesn't seem to know if it is a business or resort hotel. At the weekend the hotel was crowded with families from Recife and the small pool couldn't accommodate everyone. There is also a "beach club" 5mins walk from the hotel which also has a small pool and a restaurant. I ate in the bar one night which has a limited menu, the burger and chips I chose was not of very good quality. The self-service restaurant dinner was ok, nothing special. The breakfast was good, with a large selection. Handy if you have business in the area but not worth a special trip.

The hotel and it's staff are wonderful! It does sit out in the middle of no place really. There is a hotel shuttle to a beach club across the street but there is no town nearby. I could not have been more comfortable in the hotel though! The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful! Highly recommended!
