Great night away. Check in was smooth and staff were very friendly. We stayed in the club level, the lounge service was great. Breakfast was also good!

Room was like a sauna with no working air conditioning. Checked out a 3:30 am. Staff didnt do any thing except say sorry. No refund or compensation of any sort. Ill never be back here and wil be disputing the charges with my credit card company.

Average stay except for a couple bright lights! The server in the lounge was a very personable young lady and did a great job. Food was also good and the room was clean. The challenge I found was with the Front Desk staff at check-in. They weren't friendly, seemed like I was a bother to them. In fact, two of them (one a front desk agent and one that wasn't) were chatting and never acknowledged I was standing there with my suitcase ready to check in until I said, am I okay to check-in? I got a nod and then a perfunctory give me photo id, credit card, etc. They took a credit card authorization but never entered it in the computer correctly so when I went to charge my meal to my room, the poor girl in the lounge told me I couldn't because I hadn't left a credit card. Not sure if it was a training issue but the staff at the front desk at check-in can do better for the room rate paid.
