Great Hotel and Gym
I stay here twice a month when visiting my business in Red Deer. The staff is friendly and it is in a good location within walking distance to many places to eat. The gym is also really great for training when I'm on the road.

Only real complaint was the hot water and hot tub weren’t really hot , more of a just a warmer. Was a cold few days outside so a nice hot tub would have been great but overall very good value

They had not finished my room or whatever so many different excuses, offered to upgrade but we would have to wait another 2 hours and we had a Christmas party starting in an hour and we needed to still get ready. Then they were willing down grade us but wanted us to get reimbursed by you guys. We had put a lot of cash on the room so we were angry. Then all of sudden our room was ready. After 45 minutes of dealing with it. Will never recommend this place

Probably my favourite room I've ever stayed in (hot tub suite), however, the room was cold, and adjusting the thermostat didn't seem to do anything. Also, the breakfast was sub-par, even as far as buffets go.

At first, we check in to our assigned room toilet was visibly used, we requested to change the room .. they did but later on in that room there were used socks near couch… disgusted have to think twice before coming to this hotel again.
