Awesome Location Comfy bed!
Great location for our tournament in Blackfalds to have all we need in the area and to get out of the city quick. The beds were incredibly comfortable, nice clean room and the lemon water in the lobby was a treat.

We booked through expedia, and called property to confirm room was pet friendly. At noon on the day of arrival they call and tell me that the room is not pet friendly. They offered a different room and i agreed, she came back with sorry thats not pet friendly also. After an hour trying to come up with a soulution, i agreed to 2 rooms side by side at a discount for the inconvenience. The rooms were tiny and run down vast cracks in the ceilings and handles in the tubs were falling out of the wall. The door locks opened with the key cards about every tenth try, was frustrating to say the least. She stated it would be cheaper then the original room.... it wasn't. As a compensation for my troubles they gave us 2 free drink vouchers to their on site lounge. Glad we didn't want more then 1 drink as the bartender was to busy duckimg in the back hall playing on his phone to serve us or any other customers. The pool looked cool on the website, but upon going to it, the hot tub was full of dirt and the liner for the pool is coming up all over the pool creating trip havards especially on the stairs. For a Radison hotel i found this one to be a sad state of affairs and a poor example of the chain. I wouldn't recommend it.

Our sofa bed had a urine stain sheet, staff came up to get it, offered a new sheet. No talk of comping anything. The main bed the king would squeak on every movement. All brought up to staff.

Don’t stay here if you want a lay in or draft beer
The room was nice but very dark. It was noisy from 5.30 onwards. There was no draft beer in bar and hadn’t been for over a week. The meal was mediocre and nothing to write home about. Barmaid didn’t know her wines. I don’t think it was worth the money
