Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The staff is super friendly and patient, the room we stayed in was so immaculately clean, and they are incredibly dog friendly. For those reading this considering bringing your dog, this was a very place and the fee for the dog to stay is not at all expensive. For those who are reading this who do not bother to read the hotel policy on pets and try to bring your cats like many others we witnessed, don’t be lazy and read the policy! Takes a minute of your time and it clearly states dogs only! One of the people we witnessed bringing cats was quite rude to the front desk person and tried to blame the hotel for him not reading the pet policy. Just cannot help but stress this as I don’t understand anyone bringing their fur babies on a trip you should always read the policies to ensure your pet can stay.

The clerk Nicolette that checked me in was very friendly and helpful. I arrived about 9:00 pm and very happy to make use of the hot tub after my long drive. The bed in my room was very comfortable. I would stay here again!

Best Place Ever
We have nothing but good things to say about our stay at Comfort Suites Redding!!! Our room was super clean, beds were nice and fresh, bathroom had all we needed, shampoo, conditioner, lots of towels. And their breakfast is free and it is awesome!! And we have never had coffe as amazing as there's. We drank coffe all day it was sooooo good!!!! Best coffe we've ever had!!! Bottom line is, don"t ever pass up this place because IT IS THE BEST!!! We will definitely be staying here again. Thanks for everythig and making our stay so incredible!!! We truly enjoyed our visit.

The fan in the bathroom sounded like a helicopter. The heating unit also was very loud. The eggs and sausages were completely cold. We are loyal senior travelers and choose to stay at comfort inn and suites most of the time. This was not one of our better experiences.

Best hotel experience yet for our family and cats.
Beds were incredibly comfortable, staff was excellent and accommodating, rooms were clean and laid out well. Pet friendly as well, to include cats!

Not clean!
There were two roaches between the wrapping of the covered cups in the bathroom. The carpet was soaked in front of the AC. When we reported it at check out the counter person did not even apologize acknowledge there was a problem. I will not be staying here again.
