The people at the front desk was amazing. Staff was amazing but the room itself our TV would only stay on for five minutes and shut itself off. There was water around the living room, air conditioner, and the creamer provided in the room was expired

This place was really amazing. The staff was amazing, best customer service I’ve ever had. There is also an amazing ice cream shop and a great place to get bbq really close.

Half empty juice bottle in fridge, dirty glasses, bathroom was dirty, window was unlocked. We were on the 3rd floor and the very large window had no safety features, someone could walk right out it. Overall a waste of money.
