It was ok. The room was meh at best. NO ELEVATOR! For a person who can’t really haul a suitcase up 2 flights of stairs, how can the hotel expect them to occupy the 2nd floor. Not enough towels for 2 people in the room. The ONLY ice machine in the hotel was broken. So I had to try to get ice from the breakfast which is not open on Mondays. The bar/restraurant (3 Shastas) is AMAZING! Food is great! Bartender (Danielle) is great! All in all, after our umteenth stay here, we have decided to try another hotel for our Arizona and home trips.

I loved all the on-site amenities, and the staff was friendly, available, and so great! The location was convenient and quiet, the grounds were well-kept, and the price was right. The linens were clean, and the bed was comfortable. The facility is definitely showing its age. I didn't go in with high expectations, especially at the price we paid, so I was not disappointed. However, if you need immaculate and refurbished, this is not the place for you.

This was one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in for the price. Waited forever at check-in, room didn’t look like it had been vacuumed, lamp broken, hole in the curtains, tiny bit of toilet paper left on the roll and no extra roll, bed uncomfortable, and cheap plastic looking walk-in shower with hot and cold written with a sharpie! The whole place looked worn and dingy. It wasn’t cheap. Find a different place to stay for the same price.

I could hear the upstairs couple discussing their bathroom habits at midnight, which became a huge argument on whether to flush or not. Same couple had a yappy yorkie that would not be quiet. The lounge was loud enough that I thought I was having my own party, even though I was across the courtyard from the lounge. Pool and hot tub were not heated. Breakfast was cold and tasteless. Pool deck is full of cracked cement. Will not stay again.

The staff was all super friendly and there to please. I am only knocking the property because it is old and barely updated. The mattress needed rotation. Very lopsided. The location is only desirable for freeway access. The restaurant was closed. Thankfully the family mexican restaurant nearby was great. If I was not just taking a break on a budget during a 14 hour drive, I wouldn’t stay here.
