A couple quirks, but worth the stay!
First of all, this property is very homey and has a beautiful lobby, breakfast, coffee area. My husband enjoyed the hot tub. Our room was facing the main road and hotel entrance which made it a bit loud when semi’s went by and the building lights were bright. The drapes did a good job of blocking the lights however. Our beds were firm but comfortable, I wish the pillows were fluffier. The rooms all have a microwaves, mini fridge & coffee makers ( just go downstairs for coffee, it’s so worth it). Our room was clean and comfortable. Our bathtub had no drain plug so I could not take a bath, but the shower had good pressure and was perfectly fine. This place has a great breakfast and the coffee! Let’s talk about their coffee! Sooooo fantastic! The staff was very friendly and helpful each time we engaged with them. I would recommend this property and will likely stay with them again.

Cozy hotel on the outskirts of small SW Minnesota town. Nearby attractions include Ramsey Falls (walkable) and the casino on Lower Sioux tribal land. Parking is plentiful and easy. Entry is welcoming and is eating area, which features morning breakfast area. There’s a very small fitness space and hot tub. The fitness room is a touch sad with super old equipment. Rooms are quiet and clean. They have been recently updated. The downside to this property was the bathroom and wireless. Bathroom shows tired plastic bath / shower surround. Very little traveling products for guests too. The wireless was also extremely touching.

Arrived to find no booking from hotels.com. also informed hotels.cim had pruce gouged. They were amazed hotels.com would represent such a high cist. Will be booking directly with hotel from now on.

We love staying here. Our rooms are always very clean and the staff is very nice. We will continue to return as we think this is the best hotel in the immediate area. My only complaint is the bed. I felt like I was sleeping on a rock. :-(

Too much not right
It started with getting checked in to a room that had not been cleaned. After getting another room, there was not toiletries in the room. I had to go back to get these. It was a comfortable bed and quiet hotel the night I stayed, but when I woke up to get ready the next day, the light in the bathroom quit working. It is a decent place, but won’t stay in Redwood Falls again.

Enjoyed our stay, especially the check-in desk staffer's info on seeing the various sections of the extensive park around Redwood Falls. A couple of minor upkeep issues, in particular the inconsistent performance of the cable TV system (a lot of inaccessible channels due to signal strength?). Happily, I travel with my own HDMI cable and powered everything by cabling to my laptop because the Wi-Fi worked fine. Great breakfast.

Carmen is perhaps the sweetest manager/front desk agent I've encountered, and I stay at a lot of hotels! Very professional as well! Lobby and dining area is very homey and clean. Love the Fall decorations! Clean room. Soft beds. Great breakfast. Love the shower head, it actually sprays a decent amount of water compared to other hotels. Oh, and complimentary cookies! I'll definitely stay here again if I make it back to the area!

We love this hotel!
We love this hotel! Love the way it's decorated, the home style feel, etc. Food is good, lots of good options, not just basic boring items like most hotels. Beds need a bit of an upgrade... not all that comfortable. The hot tub area is fabulous. We will for sure stay again!
