It's very clean and quiet. Interior garden is very nice, room has a small fridge, but no kettle. No balcony, but you can open the bay window. Attention to the new versus old building: old one has an air conditioning, new one has a cooling system (not enough cooling in the hot day). Call and ask the reception if it's important to you. Underground parking for fee. Close to the center, nice location.

We absolutely loved this place. Can’t wait to stay again. Very close to everything you need. Easy walking distance. Hotel staff was super nice, and the room had everything we needed. The giant door/window over looking the garden was beautiful. Loved our stay here so much.

Love this hotel, warm hotel front desk staff, the room is very clean, the furniture looks simple, chic but good quality, the shower is nice, also like the zen flavor hotel garden! The hotel is walking distance to downtown.

Creative experience
Our immediate impression of the Green Spirit was that someone with a great imagination influenced the overall theme of this property. The staff were welcoming and helpful, then once in our room we see the creative flair continued throughout the decor. While located on a main road the rooms seem insulated from outside noise so we enjoyed a quiet and peaceful night. The property is just 15 minutes easy walk from old town Regensburg where many interesting attractions and a wide choice of eating establishments. We would thoroughly recommend the Green Spirit to any fellow travelers.

A two night stopover in an historic city.
We wished to visit Regensburg to see the World Heritage listed city and chose this hotel from the many on offer. Whilst the hotel was new a modern we found that the room was very hot due to no air-conditioning and the concrete slab construction did not cool down after a 30c day. The hotel was also a bit remote from the actual part of the town we wished to see but the ten minute walk down to the toen area did us no harm. No tea or coffee facilities in the room plus the mini bar was empty and if you wanted to have a drink you had to pre-purchase from the reception. We found it more convenient to get a few beers and a bottle of wine from the supermarket across the road or the next door service station. The bathroom was very good and the room quite spacious. Breakfast was also very good and plentiful. Overall the hotel was good but quite pricey for what was offered.
