Cozy basement suite.
Overall the place was very clean. Kitchen has everything you need and water bottles and snacks were a nice touch. Appliances all new. Living space was a bit tight for 4 people, but better than most hotels. Area was quiet, safe and close to restaurants and shopping. Nice pathways and parks in the community.

The day after a Riders game
The suite was clean and comfortable. The beds were comfy, too. We are long time friends who wanted a bit of time together after traveling from different locations to the Riders game. This was much better than staying in a hotel. The neighbourhood is new and easily accessible. The hosts were friendly and prompt in their replies. Having quiet time from 10 pm to 7 am was great. The kitchen was stocked reasonably well. A few suggestions for improving that would be: a flat pan for the oven; and, a few more kitchen knives. I would recommend this property as a clean and pleasant stay
